Project Planning? Listen to Hal & Peters

If you are responsible for writing requirement/specification reports for clients then I highly recommend listening to the "Helms and Peters FLiP Out." audio series.
These recordings have been around for a long time but for anyone who hasn't discovered then they are a valuable insight into avoiding the common pitfalls of the project development process.
You can download them from the Helms & Peters website or Hal Helm's personal website. The Helm's & Peters website also offers a insights on other aspects of software development and even some politics!
